ONIONS & GARLIC

the onion and garlic crops were average. With all the salsa I made, I ran low early in the season. I will be planting double the quantity for 2024, and hopefully it will last the entire winter.

Red | Yellow

SWEET CORN

Corn is a delicate balance between ripe 'n ready and beginning to bolt or turn starchy. I generally plant a little extra, and sell it off so it does not go bad.

our trees are still getting stronger. 2022 was the first year they produced fruit. 2023 was a recovery year (as many trees will produce every other year.) We trust 2024 will be another crop year.
