In the cold of winter, I reviewed the requirements to become a licensed realtor in
North Carolina, as it is only 4 miles from our house and the work prospects looked better there than in our rural part of VA. I had started the process before we moved, and now got busy looking for a team to join and the requirements for licensing. I was able to get partially licensed, based on my experience in St. Louis. Next would be 90 hours of study and three rigorous exams to become fully licensed. I had until August to finish.
